Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Meerad Business Solutions Private Limited for your CA, CS, CMA, Legal, and IT service needs. We strive to provide excellent services to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 100% Refund within 24 Hours:

  • Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment.
  • Refund requests should be submitted only via email to info@meerad.in or our official ticket management platform. Refund request via any other medium would not be entertained.
  • Any expenses if any incurred on travel, documentation, professional fees, consultancy fees, government challan etc., will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. No Refund after 24 Hours:

  • Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained, regardless of the reason.
  • But Fees can be adjusted with other services after deducting all expenses incurred on providing earlier services and a cancellation fee of 20%.

3. Refund Request Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our ticket management system or via email at info@meerad.in.
  • Refund requests conveyed orally, through platforms like WhatsApp, call, Facebook, Telegram, etc., will not be accepted.

4. Change of Mind:

  • Refund requests due to a change of mind within 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will only be provided in cases of default, fraud, misleading information provided by our employees or errors on our part, and refund request conveyed through our ticket management platform or email at info@meerad.in.

5. Refund Processing:

  • If a refund request is valid and eligible, the net amount (amount received minus all expenses incurred on performing works related to the order) will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of accepting the refund request.
  • The refund will be sent to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

6. Software or Product Subscription:

  • A 24-hour refund policy applies to the purchase of software or product subscriptions.
  • No refund will be provided if the customer has started using the software or product or has entered their information.

Note:

  • In case of discrepancies or disputes, Meerad Business Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to decide the amount of refund and the eligibility of refund.
  • Customers are required to abide by our decision regarding refund matters.
