Sale and Purchase of Products

1.1 The Seller agrees to sell and transfer ownership of the Products to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase and accept the Products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Purchase Price and Payment

2.1 The purchase price for the Products shall be as specified in Exhibit A attached hereto.
